Connect Granola

Connect Granola so your meeting notes land on the right contacts and surface introductions, then disconnect whenever you like.

Connect Granola from Settings under Integrations. NetworkOS reads your recent meetings, attaches each AI summary as a note on the people you met, and uses what was said to suggest introductions. The first connect looks back 30 days, then it checks for new meetings every 15 minutes. We keep Granola's AI summary on the contact. We never store your transcript or private notes.

What connecting does

Granola records and summarizes your meetings. Once you connect it, NetworkOS reads those meetings, matches the attendees to the people in your network, and puts the summary on their contact record. It also looks for introductions you promised or could make, the same way it does for meeting notes that arrive by email.

Connect it

  1. Open Settings and choose Integrations.
  2. On the Granola card, choose Connect and sign in to Granola when it asks.
  3. Back in NetworkOS, the card shows your Granola account. The first import runs in the background.

What syncs

  • The first connect looks back 30 days. After that, NetworkOS checks for new meetings every 15 minutes, and Sync now on the card checks right away.
  • Meetings Granola has not finished summarizing are picked up on a later check.
  • Attendees are matched by email. People you do not have yet are added for your review. Your own teammates and automated senders are skipped.
  • Each matched contact gets a meeting note with the title, date, Granola's summary and a link back to the note in Granola.

Plan limits

Granola shares only the last 30 days of notes with connected apps on its free plan, and NetworkOS never reaches back further than 30 days on any plan. Granola also limits how fast apps can read, so a large first import can take several rounds. It resumes on its own.

Privacy

We keep Granola's AI summary on the contact. We never store your transcript or private notes.

Disconnect

Choose Disconnect on the Granola card. NetworkOS signs out at Granola and deletes its stored access. Notes and contacts already imported stay where they are. To pause without disconnecting, switch off meeting notes in Notifications.

Common questions

What does NetworkOS import from Granola?
For each meeting with a finished summary, NetworkOS adds Granola's AI summary as a meeting note on the contacts who attended, with the title, date and a link back to the note in Granola. Attendees you do not know yet are added for your review. Teammates on your own domain and automated senders are skipped.
How far back does it go, and how often does it sync?
The first connect imports the last 30 days of meetings, which is also the most Granola's free plan shares with connected apps. After that NetworkOS checks for new meetings every 15 minutes. Settings has a Sync now button for when you just finished a call, and it can be used once every five minutes.
Does NetworkOS store my transcript or private notes?
No. We keep Granola's AI summary on the contact. We never store your transcript or private notes. Your private notes are read once while looking for introduction opportunities and then discarded, although a short quote that supported a suggestion may include a line from them.
How do I turn it off or disconnect?
In Settings under Integrations, choose Disconnect on the Granola card. NetworkOS signs out at Granola and deletes the stored access tokens, so nothing more is read. Notes and contacts already imported stay. Turning off meeting notes in Notifications pauses Granola sync without disconnecting.
