Settings & billing
Manage your account and Google connection, email signature, tags, the Claude connector, and your subscription.
Settings covers your account and Google connection, a custom email signature with a branding toggle, tag management, the connector URL to copy, and billing. Billing shows your free-trial days remaining, usage against plan limits, and links to subscribe or manage and cancel through the billing portal. NetworkOS never stores your card details. You can also delete your contacts or your entire account from here.
Your account & Google connection
Settings is where you manage how NetworkOS connects to your world. Your Google account powers the contact graph and sending — you can see the connection here and disconnect it at any time, which revokes NetworkOS's access.
Email signature & intro templates
Set a custom email signature that's appended to the introductions you send, so they look like they came straight from you. You can also control the small NetworkOS branding on outgoing messages.
The Email tab is also where you paste your intro templates — the intro email (and follow-up) you actually send. Generated drafts then match your voice and structure, with each introduction's real people and company swapped in. See Making introductions for how templates shape drafts.
Tag management
Manage your full set of tags in one place — create new ones, rename them, change colors, add descriptions, and remove tags you no longer use. See Notes & tags for how tags work day to day.
The Claude connector
Settings has the connector URL you paste into Claude.ai to use NetworkOS from any conversation. Copy it here, then follow NetworkOS in Claude to finish the setup.
Billing & your subscription
NetworkOS starts with a free trial. On the billing page you can see:
- Your trial status and days remaining.
- Your current usage against plan limits.
- A Subscribe action to start a paid plan, and a link to the billing portal to update payment details or cancel.
Exporting or deleting your data
You stay in control of your data. From Settings you can delete your contacts or your entire account; account deletion removes your personal data. For what NetworkOS stores and how to request an export, see Privacy & your data.
Common questions
- How much does NetworkOS cost?
- Pro is $99/month after a 14-day free trial, and includes 5,000 contacts and 3 advised companies. Teams, for small VC firms, starts at $299/month for up to three users. Your trial days remaining and your usage against plan limits are both shown in Settings.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Through the billing portal, linked from Settings. You can manage or cancel there directly. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by NetworkOS.
- Can I delete my account and data?
- Yes. Settings lets you delete your contacts or your whole account, and disconnect Google at any time. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
- Can I customise the emails NetworkOS drafts?
- You can set a custom email signature in Settings, with a toggle for NetworkOS branding. Every drafted introduction and catch-up is also editable before it sends, so the wording is always yours to change.
